Satisfactory breakfast with ranging from pancakes and bacon, as for instance for every taste. Beautifully maintained and updated rooms with a spa tub, FAVOURABLE location. Location near Gettysburg and the battlefield and local shops.

Walking into the lobby hit me with a musty smell, and the entryway carpet looked like it hadn't met a vacuum since the hotel opened. In my room, the carpet was not just stained but torn, and I encountered a moldy shower that did a great job of making me feel dirtier after use. The noise from adjacent rooms combined with faulty appliances led to sleepless nights and frustration. I didn't even feel like risking it with breakfast, fearing it might mirror the room's issues.

The room was clean and equipped with a fridge and microwave. Friendly staff made check-in smooth, which I appreciated. I enjoyed the breakfast. The coffee was tasty and the waffles were pretty good. Relaxing in the indoor heated pool was a nice bonus, though it could have been larger. One downside was the hallway temperature. It felt uncomfortably hot on the third floor. The hot water was lukewarm in the morning, disappointing. I encountered a note under my door saying housekeeping wouldn't service our room due to a do not disturb sign still being up at 9:30 AM. While I understand their policy, it felt a bit rigid. A nice stay but those issues could be fixed for a better experience.

This place was just a strong match for a short stint in Gettysburg with extraordinarily good value for money. The coffee was hot and tasty during breakfast, a nice perk to start the day. Just be ready for variable room conditions and check the hot water situation before settling in.

easy access to civil war landmarks and beautiful park views

I enjoyed my stay, especially the comfort of the large screen TV with numerous channels, and the excellent water pressure in the shower was a real treat after a long day of exploring. Just over 5 km away, and stroll through nearby parks which added a lovely touch to my city walks.

The kids loved the tv in the room, perfect for movie nights after our trips out. The location was also super convenient for visiting local attractions.

In my wife's opinion, we would have appreciated a more attentive housecleaning service. The rooms could use a little extra sparkle, especially for families with kids running around.

Great hotel with its 24-hour reception, fitness center, and comfortable rooms. The staff even helped me find tasty food during my first stay, which I really appreciated. I'm excited to return next year!

We experienced some noise from the nearby highway in the morning, somewhat disruptive. Be sure to choose a room away from the road for a better night's sleep.
